디시인사이드는 2008년 7월 8일 ~ 7월 14일까지 일본 내 대형 전자제품 판매 점포 약 2,300여 곳의 POS 데이터를 담고 있는 일본 랭킹 사이트, BCN 결과를 토대로 일본 디지털 카메라 판매 순위를 발표했는데 지난 7월 일본 디지털 카메라 판매 순위 양상이 조금씩 바뀌고 있는 양상이지만, DSLR 카메라 부문에서는 소니가 꾸준히 좋은 성적을 내며 캐논, 니콘을 견제하고 있고 콤팩트 카메라 부문에서는  파나소닉이 부활하는 조짐이다.

판매량으로 본 디카 인기 제품 니콘 D60 렌즈 킷 이 랭킹 5위를 기록하는군요.
사실 1위나 5위나 그 순위는 별 무의미할수도 있습니다.
거기에는 가격이라는 묘한 옵션이 작용하기때문이지 성능이나 편리성등 실제 카메라의 중요도와는 상관없이 많이팔린걸 기준으로 하니까요..
